Braise is Slaithwaite’s newest restaurant and bar, operating from Empire House on evenings and weekends. With a delicious small plates menu Wednesday-Saturday, and weekly Sunday roasts, it’s the restaurant Slaithwaite was missing.
With a fully-stocked bar, flowing coffee, comfy seating, ultra-fast WiFi and BBC News in the background, it is the perfect setting to focus and entertain.
Our state-of-the-art conference room has video, call and presenting facilities, available to hire per half day. Catering available.
